Tracking and monitoring of plans and projects of the institution. Develop and monitor the annual budget of the institution. Establish a strategy for the promotion, integral development and growth of cooperatives. It is this process, the IDECOOP execute projects that contribute to the integral development of cooperatives and to underpin social security for the said sector.
