Dog-walkers, ramblers and families delight in the bluebells in spring, cool green shade in summer and vibrant autumn colour. 

The wood is up for sale and we (the Finings Wood Community Group) are concerned that it will be split up and sold off in small blocks. This would restrict public access and threaten the integrity and biodiversity of the wood. 

We want to purchase Finings Wood on behalf of the local community in Lane End, to protect and look after it for generations to come.</dc:description>
