    <dc:description>Communities In Sync is constituted as a Charitable Community Benefit Society. It is set up to benefit the community by providing Health, Social Care &amp; Well-being Services by member organisations and their sub-contractors who know their communities well.

The 10 current member organisations meet a quality threshold and have the capacity, capability and experience of serving the community with such service provision for many years. Their current combined turnover is over £9 million and growing with a staff capacity of experienced leaders, substantial management experience and front-line staff capacity of 350 experienced employees.

Communities In Sync brings these strengths and capabilities together to add value to the lives of service recipients by being served by organisations that are not motivated to maximise profits for shareholders and, who have knowledge of the communities they work in.

Often the member organisations have been started by people who live in the community and had identified an unmet need. The member organisations have the knowledge, capacity and capability of serving members of the various ethnic communities that reside in the West midlands area.</dc:description>
