    <dc:description>We are a group of people working with our local community, often with or through other local groups, to raise awareness about climate change and help people reduce their carbon footprint.

Over the three years we have been in existence we have successfully lobbied for solar panels to be fitted to our community centre, run successful thermal image campaigns, undertaken a scheme to recycle small electrical items and organised or taken part in a wide range of events to help get our message across.

Recently we have worked with an innovative local company on a project to install PV panels and battery storage systems in social housing and private homes in this area.  This project is currently being studied by Brooks University.</dc:description>
