This is a form of co-operative and as such is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The board is elected by the members at the AGM with each shareholder having one vote regardless of the number of shares they hold. Any surplus generated will be donated to a local registered charity, Fetlar Developments, to advance various community projects.
