    <dc:description>Since 1976 the self-managed team at LPRA have vetted 90 or more extension proposals, accumulated funds to pay for the £180k road resurfacing, contracted work for annual grass cutting, tree work, which is increasing in magnitude, lighting maintenance (including a complete fit of lights and controls,) gulley cleaning, installation of electric gates to Chambersbury Lane entrance, organised numerous social event, including the annual barbecue, have been involved in the creation of Bunkers Park and enabled The Herts and Middlesex wildlife Trust to establish the Bunkers Lane Nature reserve, both these areas contribute much to the attraction of living at Longdean.

Currently we are:
1) Working to achieve an enhanced Internet provision to all homes.
2) Considering the option of controlling access to Bunkers lane entrance.
3) Revised and made more secure our finances.
4) Have established a Longdean Park web site</dc:description>
