We encourage our growers to openly share with each other their knowledge and expertise and with over 40 growers, the Co-operative offers a wide selection of varieties, from the traditional Fuggles and Goldings to the newly bred Endeavour.

Interestingly, hop flavours have been a characteristic of English Hops and English Ales for centuries. These flavours have been gaining appeal with brewers who seek something appealing and definitely not bland. Maybe it is the maritime climate, maybe it is the way we farm and pick the hops or how the beers are brewed? In any case, English Hops are worth discovering and re-discovering.

We also fund hop research and development which includes, harvest data optimisation and variety development. Our hops are processed and stored with full traceability and sold in full compliance with the relevant regulations (typically US Conform and EU Conform) for the territory of sale. Integrity is vital to us.
