Single bedroom flats on the ground floor have been designed and equipped for use by active elderly people and all houses have individual gardens.

The estate was developed in the mid 1980’s by CDS Co-operatives. Residents took control of the estate in 1993 when the co-operative began to function as an independent fully mutual co-operative.</dc:description>
