Xanadu Housing Cooperative was set up in 2004. We own a lovely six bedroom Victorian terraced house. The six members of the housing co-operative are all highly active in numerous social projects including running a
community resource centre and campaigning on climate change.

The house has a strong ethical policy, including ethical purchasing guidelines and reducing our environmental impact. We have long term plans to invest in improvements to the efficiency and sustainability of the house.</dc:description>
