It offers members an opportunity to gain access to high quality housing at low cost, in exchange for member's time, effort and expertise to run the everyday business of the co-op. All members are required to attend at least 6 General Meetings every year (there are 12 in total) and to be actively involved in a sub-group which usually meet once a month. Missing 3 consecutive General Meetings in a row without a dispensation will result in loss of membership.</dc:description>
