    <dc:description>The Three Villages Shop and Post Office Association Ltd (TVSA) is a community shop which serves the villages of Finstock, Ramsden and Wilcote in West Oxfordshire. The shop is situated in a converted barn, leased from the local pub in Finstock, and has been trading since December 2004. The shop opens seven days a week, and has a post office facility available five mornings per week. The shop aims to provide retail, postal and banking services.  It provides a valuable meeting place for villagers and is an information centre for the community. It also brings economic and environmental benefits to the community - it provides local employment, is an outlet for locally produced goods and reduces the need to travel to buy basic supplies.  Despite its small size, the shop stocks a wide range of goods from everyday items such as bread, milk and newspapers to meat from the local farm, Fair-trade produce, luxury items and a range of quality wines.
